1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a nubook account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use nubook.

2. Description of Service

nubook provides an AI-powered booking assistant for nail salons and similar businesses. The service includes:

• An AI assistant that responds to client inquiries and booking requests via text/SMS
• Automatic booking confirmation and calendar integration
• Multi-language support (English, Vietnamese, Spanish)
• Daily booking summary notifications
• A dashboard to manage your bookings and settings

3. Pricing and Payment

nubook charges $10 per completed booking. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or hidden charges for early access members.

• A "completed booking" is an appointment that the client attends
• No-shows and cancellations are not charged
• Invoices are generated at the end of each calendar month
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance
• We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers

nubook reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' written notice to current customers.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your salon's services, hours, and pricing
• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• Ensuring you have the right to share any phone numbers or contact information with our service
• Complying with applicable laws, including TCPA regulations regarding text message communications

5. Your Data and Client Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data and your clients' information. nubook acts as a data processor on your behalf. We will never:

• Sell your client data to third parties
• Use your client information for our own marketing
• Contact your clients directly for any reason other than the bookings you authorize

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use nubook to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Misrepresent your business or services to clients
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the nubook service

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. nubook is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your nubook account at any time with one click from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• The service stops immediately
• You will be invoiced for any completed bookings in the current period
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days, then deleted

9. Limitation of Liability

nubook's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost bookings or revenue.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of nubook after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
